Ellie (the bitch) - Ellie is a loud, generally foul-mouthed, hot-tempered pessimistic asthmatic. She doesn't care much for the BSB, but is fiercely loyal to her friends. Can the BSB win her over?
Maggie (the other bitch) - Maggie is a loud, generally foul-mouthed realist. She is surprisingly logical. Like Ellie, she is also asthmatic. She is dating Tom and cares more for Nine Inch Nails than the Backstreet Boys.
Hazel (the Mormon) - Hazel is a quiet, sweet religious girl who differs from her friends in many ways. She hasn't heard much of the BSB, but is willing to give them a chance. Whose heart will her high-pitched giggle melt to butter?
Becky (the fan) - Becky has been a closet Backstreet fan until she meets up with them in their adventure. She lets her feelings for them blossom as she gets to know them better.
Karen (the peacemaker) - Karen always tries to stop her high-strung friends from getting in fights -- though she's not always successful. She wishes they would all get along because she cares about all of them. She's never thought much of the BSB until she is pulled along in the adventure.
Sierra (the romantic) - Sierra is a quiet, introspective girl who is always on the look out for romance. She's never thought much of the BSB's music and image. Will her mind change when she meets them close up?
Tom (the cynic) - Tom is a cynical, intelligent realist who is dating Maggie. He hates the BSB and makes no secret of it. Will he be able to get along with them in order to survive?
