Monou Fuuma

Friend to Kamui and brother to Kotori, Fuuma Monou is a vital piece to the puzzle of the End of the World, providing a metaphysical foil to Kamui and filling the gap that he
leaves when he eventually chooses a side in the coming battle. He also has no personality. Absolutely zero. He eventually has one artificially injected into him, which, while pure evil, is at least an improvement over the sappy social void he was previously. He's pretty boring until Kamui chooses to become a Dragon of Heaven, at which point he becomes Adolf Hitler, Charles Manson and all four Teletubbies combined (figuratively, of course...otherwise he'd be pretty ugly) and proceeds to kill indiscriminately, wreak havoc, and basically have a good time at the expense of the civilized world.
Somewhere along the line (no one is quite sure how this happened) Fuuma went from being not only boring, but ugly, to being the hottest guy in the entire manga. It’s the hair, somehow. Anyway, now he’s running around taunting pretty much everyone he can get his hands on by telling them their true ‘Wishes’. And let me tell you, some of the people
in X have some pretty fucked up buried desires. Anyway, currently he seems to be most fond of tormenting Subaru. He also has the Evil Sunglasses of Sexiness (tm) and blows up entire city blocks with soda cans. Cool, right?
